Project Manager

Ensuring all the Clients deliverables, expectations and business needs are met without compromising on the quality or the timing of the deliverables. Work on numerous applications like ARIA, Pega, SunGardDX, Investran, ICx etc. Overseeing multiple subprocesses within my team and at the same time ensuring proper training is given to all the team members and workforce to ensure the objectives of the Company and the customer satisfaction is duly fulfilled. Providing custom solutions in accordance with clients Business Process that help run the Business efficiently. Attending various brainstorming sessions, business meets, and client calls to ensure smooth functioning of the processes perform root cause analysis to arrive at the core of any problem or issue and perform in-depth analysis of the issue, to arrive at a Workable solution or resolution. Perform an extensive KYC, AML FATCA and all necessary checks and work with various teams such as Client Services Team, Risk and Compliance Team, Finance etc.

Use various applications and tools to generate the documents such as IRIS, PAXUS, Mail Merge, Parsing file, Crystal report viewer, SunGard, Investran etc. Have an experience of working on additional processes besides the primary focus area of Investor Management such as Broker Payments, Custodian or Service Provider requests. Develop a productive chain of business group and intricately woven team. Performing a thorough due diligence and an in-depth review. The timeliness of the work is always maintained without compromise. Contribute to developing the applications and improving the quality of work by automating the process wherever. Prepare flowcharts for various processes and sub processes. Presenting the process seamlessly to the higher Management and during Inter-process discussions. Prepare procedure documents for most of the processes. Create MIS Reporting or process metrics every month. Apart from regular primary work, work on several projects. Work on various applications, reports, files, project, databases etc. As a part of Training catalogue, conduct several sessions and managerial events.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. with minimum of 4 years of experience is required.
