Orlando has brought with it more DevOps APIs/Integrations, click-to-chat, enhanced customer onboarding capabilities and integrations for employee onboarding, integrated help systems, Click-to-Chat, process owner and manager insights, several CMDB integrations, Supervisor Workspace, and more.
